What I do

I'm a backend and data engineer who builds AI systems: pipelines over large datasets, services that stay up, and agents with evaluations and guardrails that keep answers grounded in real data. I settle technical questions by measuring, and by iterating on the most critical assumptions first.

AI assistant

Rebuilt a customer-facing AI assistant as a server-side agent, with an evaluation suite to iterate against and guardrails in code.

ETL optimizer

A multi-agent system that distills parallel ETL rewrites into a single equivalence-verified improvement for human review.

Entity discovery

A multi-stage LLM pipeline that finds new brands and products in online content suggests how they best fit in the existing taxonomy.

Senior backend and data engineer at Spate, a trend-analytics platform built on trillions of data points, where I also build its LLM features. I have a MSc in Molecular Biology and Genetics, and I've taken on independent B2B software projects since 2022.
